All S0UL TV trademarks, branding, logos, software, original productions, artwork, graphics, and platform materials are owned by S0UL TV or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to users.

Users may not:

• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Circumvent security measures
• Use automated scraping tools
• Harass or abuse other users

If you submit films, scripts, videos, pitches, comments, or other content:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant S0UL TV a non-exclusive license to review, host, display, promote, distribute, or otherwise use submitted content in connection with the Service.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

S0UL grants users a limited, non-transferable license to view content for personal, non-commercial use. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, record, sell, or publicly display content without authorization.

If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, contact legal@soultv.com. Include a description of the work, description of the alleged infringement, contact information, and a good-faith statement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S0UL TV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
